Farrell Elected Chair of Chesco Commissioners

At their first meeting of 2015, the Chester County Commissioners unanimously elected Terence Farrell chairman.

Commissioner Kathi Cozzone remains vice chairman.

“I’m grateful to my colleagues for electing me as Chairman of the Board for 2015,” Farrell said. “I look forward to working with them collaboratively and effectively to provide an excellent level of services and programs for the taxpayers and families of Chester County.”

Previous chairman Ryan Costello resigned in December 2014 after he was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives. Michelle Haris Kichline was appointed by the Court of Common Pleas of the County of Chester to serve the final year of the four-year term left vacant by Costello.
