Longwood Gardens’ Illuminated Fountain Performances Return

KENNETT SQUARE, PA — Lavish fountains, stirring music, and stunning colors will once again dazzle Longwood Gardens visitors. The Illuminated Fountain Performances popular on summer evenings begin Friday and Saturday at 9:15 p.m. The 30-minute musical light and water show is free with admission to Longwood Gardens.

Longwood Gardens is home to the most significant fountain collection in North America, along with the Gardens' botanical life, with three separate fountains as centers for gardens. The Main Fountain Garden features 12-minute daily fountain performances at 11:15 a.m., 1:15 p.m., 3:15 p.m. and 5:15 p.m., with additional shows on Friday and Saturday evenings at 6:15, 7:15, 8:15 p.m. and culminating with the spectacular 30-minute performance at 9:15 p.m.

In addition to the Main Fountain Garden, the enchanting Italian Water Garden and Open Air Theatre fountains perform daily.

Longwood’s Illuminated Fountain Performances are set to a variety of musical genres from classical to rock, offering a different experience with each show.

Longwood Gardens offers a Beer Garden where lush gardens surround you and delight in refreshing brews from Victory Brewing Company.
