Marijuana Edibles Found In Traffic Stop In West Chester

Police arrested two suspects Saturday night in downtown West Chester on charges of manufacturing marijuana edibles and related offenses.

WEST CHESTER —A Downingtown man and woman were arrested following a traffic stop in West Chester in which police found a large number of marijuana edibles in the vehicle.

Police stopped the vehicle at 10:08 p.m. in the 100 block of North High Street.

Titoe Page, 37, and Janice Garlo, 35, were arraigned Saturday on charges of intending to deliver controlled substances and related charges. They are free on $50,000 bail each.
