Oxford Man Arrested Charged With Vandalizing A Police Car
Derrick Lowe is scheduled for an arraignment on Feb. 2 in the Chester County Justice Center
OXFORD, PA —A 39-year-old Oxford man was ordered held for court in connection with using a vape pen to scrap on a police car after an officer dropped him off at his home in the 300 block of Nottingham Avenue on Nov. 22.
Derrick A. Lowe is scheduled for an arraignment on Feb. 2 in the Chester County Justice Center on charges of institutional vandalism, possession instrument of crime, and related offenses.
Police said the incident occurred after police gave Lowe a courtesy ride home.Oxford police also arrested these suspects:
- Jesse L. Coffey, 42, Oxford is charged with resisting arrest on Dec. 17-18 at his residence in the 200 block of Valley Avenue. Police said Coffey got physical with police who responded three times to his residents for disturbances.
- Caitlin A. Gore, 25, of Drumore, Lancaster County, was arrested on Jan. 18 on a charge of drunken driving when she was stopped for a stop sign violation at the unit block of West Locust Street. Police said she had a blood-alcohol content of .173 percent. An individual is considered intoxicated with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent under Pennsylvania law.
