Parkesburg Snow Emergency In Effect

PARKESBURG, PA —Parkesburg Mayor John Hagan issued a snow emergency declaration that remains in effect Friday.

Borough residents are permitted to utilize the municipal parking lot located near Minch Park and the parking lot area of The Point in the 700 block of Main Street, during the snow emergency.

Any vehicles not removed from the snow emergency routes will be removed at the registered owner's expense by Null's Towing, Cochranville.

The routes are West First Avenue, West Main Street, Strasburg Avenue, and West Bridge Street.

Parking on these routes is prohibited during the declared emergency.

A Public Works crew is treating the roads to allow safe passage for public safety vehicles.
