Police Arrest Suspects In Chesco For Drunken Driving
A suspect is considered intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent under Pennsylvania law.
CHESTER COUNTY, PA — A 61-year-old Parkesburg man is in Chester County Prison Tuesday in lieu of $10,000 after being arrested on Dec. 28 on a charge of drunken driving and related traffic offense after an accident in the 200 block of South Church Street in Parkesburg.
Randy C. Hoopes has a blood-alcohol content of 0.16, according to police. A person is considered legally intoxicated with a blood-alcohol of 0.08 percent under Pennsylvania law.

- Desiderio Ramirez, 32, of Avondale, was arrested on Dec. 23 in the 300 block of West State Street, Kennett Square on charges of drunken driving and related traffic offenses. Police said he had a blood-alcohol content of .112 percent.
- Felicia M. Peoples, 29, of Coatesville, was arrested on Dec. 30 in the 1300 block of Pottstown Pike on drunken driving and related charges. A blood-alcohol test result was not available.
- Elijan Souther, 27, of West Chester was arrested on Dec. 24 on a charge of drunken driving following an accident in the 400 block of S. Walnut St., West Chester. A blood-alcohol test result was not available.
