Police Log: West Chester Man Arrested In Carjacking

Suspects also arrested on charges of drunken driving and burglary.

CHESTER COUNTY —A 41-year-old West Chester man is accused of striking a victim in the head with a weapon in the 100 block of Main Street in Parkesburg and driving the victim’s vehicle away from the scene on Dec. 23.

David M. Cox is in Chester County Prison in lieu of $50,000 on charges of robbery and aggravated assault.

Parkesburg police said the vehicle was later recovered in West Whiteland Township.

West Chester police arrested these suspects:

  • Mark W. Randolph, 33, of West Chester was arrested at 2:15 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 21, on charges of drunken driving and related offenses in the 900 block of Hillsdale Road following a report of a single-vehicle accident in West Chester.
  • Nichole L. Hansley, 45, of Wilmington is free on $25,000 bail after being arrested at 2:33 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 19 on charges of burglary and assault in the 100 block of West Market Street, West Chester.
  • Brian Pullman, 27, Trevose, Bucks County, was arrested at 2:25 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 24, on charges of providing false identification to authority and possessing controlled substances.
  • Jeremy Lauer, 24, Glen Mills, Delaware County, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 22 on a charge of drunken driving after he was stopped in the 50 block of East Market Street, West Chester.
