West Chester Borough Declares A Snow Emergency
All vehicles must be removed from snow emergency routes.
WEST CHESTER, PA —West Chester Borough Mayor Lillian DeBaptiste has declared a snow emergency today through 6:00 a.m. Saturday, Jan., 20 due to inclement weather.
During this time, all vehicles must be removed from snow emergency routes.
Snow emergency routes are marked with red and white signs at the beginning and end of each street.

Residents are asked to check to make sure their vehicles are not parked in an emergency route to avoid towing and fines.
Residents may park vehicles in borough-owned parking garages which include the Chestnut Street Garage, Bicentennial Garage, Nields Street Garage, Sharpless Street Garage, and Matlack Street Garage.
