West Chester Police Launched A Burglary Investigation

Police also arrested suspects for drunken driving.

WEST CHESTER —Police are searching for suspects in a Jan. 15 burglary in the 500 block of South Walnut Street. Police said that suspects entered the residence and removed gaming systems and a safe. Anyone with information regarding this incident please contact the West Chester Police Department at (610) 696-2700.

Arrests:

  • Anbdulkadir Salah, 42, of Philadelphia, is awaiting a preliminary hearing on a charge of drunken driving. Police said he was stopped at 11:25 p.m. on Jan. 19 in the 700 block of East Market Street.
  • Nicholas DaShaun, 38, of Kennett Square was arrested on Jan. 19 on charges of drunken driving and related traffic offenses after being stopped at noon in the 100 block of North High Street.
  • Mary Hurtado, 67, of Bryn Mawr, is awaiting a preliminary hearing on a charge of drunken driving after being in an accident at 10:30 p.m. on Jan. 12 in the 100 block of South Walnut Street.
  • Andrew Quenzler, 51, of West Chester was arrested on Jan. 1 in the 200 block of Chestnut Street at 1 a.m. on Jan. 1 on a charge of drunken driving.
