WEST CHESTER, PA —West Chester Area School District is on a two-hour delay on Wednesday, Jan. 17 due to icy road conditions.
School officials asked motorists to drive safely.
The high temperature for Wednesday is forecasted at 24 degrees, with the low at 17 degrees and wind gusts up to 10 mph, according to the National Weather Service.
