19th Annual Lower Makefield Veterans Parade Is Saturday
The parade steps off at 1 p.m. Saturday at Edgewood and Long Acre Roads and proceeds to Veterans Square Monument.
LOWER MAKEFIELD TOWNSHIP, PA — With Veterans Day around the corner, the township will hold its 19th annual parade and ceremony to honor America's military heroes on Saturday.
The parade steps off at 1 p.m. Saturday at Edgewood and Long Acre Roads and proceeds to Veterans Square Monument at the corner of Heacock and Edgewood Roads.
This beloved community tradition honors the men and women who have bravely served in the U.S. Armed Forces.

The parade will be led by motorcyclists from the Warriors Watch Riders, followed by local police, American Legion and VFW groups, military vehicles, fire trucks, marching bands, scout troops, horses, and festive floats.
The ceremony will follow immediately after the parade. Veterans Day is Tuesday.
