IDENTITY THEFT — Unit block of Fairway Drive, reported at 3:33 p.m. The complainant reported an unknown person(s) opened a credit card in their name and attempted to charge $5,000.

RETAIL THEFT — 900 block of Vansant Drive at Wegmans, reported at 5:06 p.m. Loss Prevention reported separate thefts by the same individuals on June 1 and Dec. 8. They removed $403.23 worth of merchandise without paying. Investigation ongoing.

Dec. 7

THEFT — 2200 block of Stackhouse Drive, reported at 4:51 p.m. The complainant reported that an unknown person(s) removed a stroller from their driveway.

Dec. 6

BURGLARY — 1200 block of Edgewood Road, reported at 11:13 a.m. The complainant reported on Dec. 5 at 1:30 p.m. that two pick-up trucks pulled onto the property, forced entry into the garage, and removed $15,000 worth of tools. An investigation is ongoing.

DRUG ARREST — 500 block of West Trenton Avenue, reported at 3:55 p.m. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the discovery of methamphetamines. A 44-year-old Morrisville man will be summonsed for the possession of crystal meth and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dec. 5

FRAUD — 1300 block of Apple Blossom Drive, reported at 3 p.m. The complainant reported receiving a message on PayPal from an unknown person advising them to send money to avoid charges from the Department of Justice. The victim was instructed to withdraw money and meet an unknown person to exchange it. The victim withdrew $10,000 and met an unknown male and provided him with the cash. An investigation is ongoing.
