LOWER MAKEFIELD TOWNSHIP, PA — The Lower Makefield Township Police Department has released its blotter of criminal incidents for the past week, reporting about several damaged mailboxes.

WANTED PERSON — 300 block of Oxford Valley Road, reported at 11 a.m. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. A records check revealed the 27-year-old man from Hamilton, N.J. was wanted out of Mercer County, N.J. He was taken into police custody. He was arraigned by District Justice Kronnagel and sent to BCCF on $10,000 bail with 10 percent.

ATTEMPTED THEFT FROM VEHICLE — Unit block of Glenolden Road, reported at 3:45 p.m. The complainant reported that sometime overnight, an unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and rummaged through it. Nothing was reported missing at this time.
Oct. 14
RETAIL THEFT — 1600 block of Big Oak Road at Kohl’s, reported at 12:25 p.m. Loss Prevention reported a retail theft that had just occurred, and the suspect fled in a Nissan Altima. Police located the vehicle and performed a traffic stop. The 31-year-old woman from Trenton, N.J., was taken into police custody. She was charged with retail theft and possession of marijuana.
FRAUD — 1700 block of Janney Lane, reported at 3:31 p.m. The complainant reported being sent $1,200 in Bitcoin by an unknown person.
Oct. 13
RETAIL THEFT — 500 block of West Trenton Avenue at CVS, reported at 10:22 a.m. Morrisville Police requested police to the location for a man they had in custody for retail theft in their jurisdiction, and learned the man had also committed retail theft at this location. The 40-year-old man from Trenton, N.J., to be summonsed for retail theft.
Oct. 11
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF:
- 900 block of Mount Eyre Road, reported at 8:16 a.m. The complainant reported that sometime overnight, an unknown person(s) damaged their mailbox.
- 100 block of Mount Eyre Road, reported at 8:37 a.m. While leaving the scene of the above complaint, police observed another damaged mailbox and made contact with the homeowner to inform them.
