Bucks County Woman's Club Celebrates Historic Milestone

The Lower Makefield Woman’s Club celebrated its 75th Anniversary during an event held on May 15 at Carlucci’s Grille in Lower Makefield.

In 1950, a circle of Yardley housewives sparked a legacy of resilience. Over the decades, the club became a beacon of support through wars, natural disasters, disease outbreaks, and social upheaval, knitting the community closer. With unwavering commitment, they’ve donated to local charities, uplifted spirits, and forged friendships that withstand the test of time. From simple backyard chats, a steadfast force emerged.
