The Falcons finished 9-1 overall and 7-0 in the SOL league.
The season marked a change in fortunes for a team that had lost 17-straight games going into the season, which marked a three-year losing streak.
But this season turned out differently after the Falcons crushed William Tennent High School, 35-0, in Warminster in early September.
A lot of the credit for the turnaround goes to Galen Snyder, now in his second stint with the district as its football coach.
Snyder began his second stint as Pennsbury coach in mid-December after winning 116 games (while losing 47), plus four SOL National Conference Championships (2009, 2012-14) and two PIAA District Class AAAA titles (2006 and '14) from 2002-15 before leaving, the Bucks County Courier News reported.
