Christmas Parade, Tree Lighting Saturday In Yardley
Yardley Borough will welcome Santa Claus for the ceremonies on Main Street and in Buttonwood Park on Saturday.

YARDLEY BOROUGH, PA — Santa Claus is coming to town as the borough prepares for its annual Christmas parade and tree lighting on Saturday.
The Yardley Olde Fashioned Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting will take place on Main Street for the parade at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday and in Buttonwood Park for the tree lighting.
The event is sponsored by the Yardley Business Association.

The Yardley Borough Police Department has announced some temporary street closures, parking restrictions, and/or detours on and/or adjacent to South Main Street, East & West Afton Avenues, and Penn Valley Drive.
Those will go into effect at 2:30 p.m. through the end of the event, police said.

The parade kicks off at 3:30 p.m., but roads will be closed at about 2:30 p.m. to clear the roadways for the parade.
Residents, motorists, and visitors should expect delays and plan alternate routes accordingly. Please reduce speed while in the area and follow the directions of signs, volunteers, and police officers.
