FRAUD:
- 200 block of Taylorsville Road, reported at 8:50 a.m. The complainant reported paying $20,000 in cryptocurrency for what they believed was a legit payment towards a bill on their Apple account.
- Unit block of Hillside Lane, reported at 4 p.m. The complainant reported a possible contractor fraud, where work was not completed and proper permits were not obtained. An investigation is ongoing.
THEFT — 200 block of Oxford Valley Road, reported at 9:30 a.m. The complainant reported the theft of $5,000 on July 22.

July 22
RETAIL THEFTS:
- 900 block of Vansant Drive at Wegmans, reported at 11:38 a.m. Loss Prevention reported on July 19 that an unknown man removed $200.40 worth of merchandise without paying.
- 1600 block of Big Oak Road at Kohl’s, reported at 1:49 p.m. Police responded to the report of a retail theft in progress. Loss Prevention reported two men and two women were actively concealing merchandise in bags. Police arrived on scene and found one female in the parking lot in front of the store, one man and one woman hiding in the backseat of a vehicle in the parking lot and one male in Starbucks. All four were taken into police custody. The merchandise taken was valued at $2,425.28.
- A 50-year-old New York man was charged with Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen property. He was arraigned by District Justice Kronnagel and sent to BCCF in lieu of $100,000 bail.
- A 41-year-old Newark, N.J., woman from Ecuador, and a 32-year-old woman from Irvington, N.J. were charged with Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property. They were arraigned by District Justice Kronnagel and sent to BCCF in lieu of $65,000 bail.
FRAUD — 1500 block of Makefield Road at Church of Incarnation, reported at 3:09 p.m. The complainant reported receiving an email from someone they believed to be an employee with changes to their payroll deposit account. The employee advised changes were not requested by them.
SOLICITING WITHOUT PERMITS:
- Gordon Dr. & Noreen Dr. reported at 3:01 p.m. The complainant reported a solicitor for Advanced Axis (AT&T) soliciting without a permit. They were advised to cease soliciting until a permit was obtained.
- 1000 block of Meridian Way, reported at 6:52 p.m. The complainant reported a solicitor for Advanced Axis (AT&T) soliciting without a permit. They were advised to cease soliciting until a permit was obtained.
July 21
THEFT — 2400 block of Lynbrooke Drive, reported at 2:49 p.m. The complainant reported the theft
of a power washer valued at $1,350.
July 20
AGGRAVATED ASSAULT ARREST — Unit block of Delaware Rim Drive, reported at 11:14 a.m. Police responded to the report of a disorderly person at the location. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 38-year-old township woman for Aggravated Assault, Felony Assault of a Law Enforcement Officer, Disorderly Conduct, Harassment, and Resisting Arrest. She was taken into police custody and arraigned by District Justice Falcone. She was sent to BCCF in lieu of $70,000/10 percent bail.
July 19
ATTEMPTED CREDIT CARD FRAUD — 1000 block of Randolph Drive, reported at 10:08 a.m. The complainant reported an unknown person(s) attempted to use their credit cards without their permission.
FRAUD — 9100 block of Sheffield Road, reported at 2:40 p.m. The complainant reported being
defrauded in the amount of $1,700 by an unknown male claiming to be from their bank after providing personal information via text message.
PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS — 900 block of Antique Alley at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, reported at 1:41 p.m. Police responded to the report of a disorderly female at the location. The 54-year-old township woman was cited for Public Drunkenness.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT — Unit block of Delaware Rim Drive, reported at 1:58 p.m. Police responded to the report of a disorderly woman at the location. The 38-year-old township woman was cited for Disorderly Conduct.
July 18
DISORDERLY CONDUCT — Yardley Road and Edgewood Road, reported at 2:10 p.m. The complainant reported being involved in a road rage incident where a vehicle aggressively passed them and approached their vehicle at a red light. The man became belligerent, exposed his genitals, and made a verbal threat to sexually assault the victim before returning to his vehicle. The 32-year-old male driver from Pennington, N.J., was cited for Disorderly Conduct and Harassment.
THEFT — 200 block of Oxford Valley Road at Remington of Yardley, reported at 1:02 p.m. The complainant reported the theft of three gold necklaces valued at $600.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT — Unit block of Delaware Rim Drive, reported at 6:48 p.m. The complainant reported a neighbor trespassed onto their property and became belligerent. The 38-year-old township woman was cited for Disorderly Conduct and Simple Trespass.
