We need to retain our own police department. We can accomplish this by getting rid of excess vehicles and equipment to maintain our present staffing levels and response times.
2. What are your thoughts on political violence in the country?
Political violence is a form of domestic terrorism that strikes at the heart of free speech and expression. As mayor, I will make investigating any acts of political violence a priority of the Yardley Borough Police Department.
3. What are the biggest challenges to the borough in the future?
Clearly, retaining the police department is our biggest challenge going forward. That said, flooding is an ever-looming threat to Yardley Borough.
