UPPER MAKEFIELD, PA — River Road remains closed between Taylorsville Road and Route 532 as of Thursday afternoon, according to the Upper Makefield Township Police Department.

Upper Makefield Emergency Management had warned of possible minor flooding along the Delaware River on Wednesday, advising residents to pay attention to alerts and avoid driving through high water.

Waters remain high along the closed roadway, which is often prone to flooding.
