Dec. 4
RETAIL THEFT — 500 block of West Trenton Avenue at CVS, reported at 4:10 p.m. An employee reported that a man and a woman entered the store and removed $837.82 worth of merchandise without paying. An investigation is ongoing.

Dec. 3
DISORDERLY CONDUCT — 2800 block of Brookhaven Drive, reported at 8:16 a.m. A person reported unwanted behavior by someone they knew where there is a no-contact order in place. The 68-year-old township woman was summonsed for Disorderly Conduct and Harassment.
BURGLARY — 1400 block of Scarlet Oak Road, reported at 3:03 p.m. The complainant reported their deceased mother’s residence was ransacked, and jewelry and a handgun were missing. An investigation is ongoing.
FRAUD:
- 1100 block of Randolph Drive, reported at 4 p.m. The complainant reported hiring and paying a contractor a deposit for work on Oct. 21. The contractor did not show up, and contact ceased. A records check revealed he was previously arrested for a similar incident. A warrant was issued for the 52-year-old Morrisville man.
- 1500 block of Clark Drive, reported at 8:07 p.m. The complainant reported receiving a call from someone claiming to be from the Bucks County Sheriff’s Office who had a warrant for their arrest. The victim sent $700 in Bitcoin to resolve the alleged warrant.

FRAUD — Unit block of Orchard Way, reported at 1:23 p.m. The complainant reported hiring a mold remediation company that did not remove the mold, installed a product that was not agreed upon, and did not provide pictures as stated in the contract.

THEFT — 200 block of Rock Run Road, reported at 9:51 a.m. The complainant reported making a purchase through a wholesaler for $3,134. They never received the products, and the wholesaler ceased communication.
CREDIT CARD FRAUD — 2000 block of East Wellington Road, reported at 2:03 p.m. The complainant reported an unauthorized use of their credit card for $950.
WANTED PERSON — 1000 block of South Kimbles Road, reported at 3:01 p.m. Police responded to the report of a suspicious person. A records check revealed the 36-year-old was wanted out of Allegheny County for Failure to Appear. He was taken into police custody.
