WANTED PERSON — Newtown-Yardley Road and Stony Hill Road, reported at 9:15 p.m. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. A records check revealed the passenger was wanted by PA State Parole. The 35-year-old Croydon man was taken into police custody.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE — Black Rock Road and Canal Street, reported at 1:14 p.m. The complainant reported that sometime overnight, an unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and removed their debit card, credit card, and $80 in cash.
Aug. 23
MOTOR VEHICLE THEFT — 1400 block of Heather Ridge Drive, reported at 9:10 a.m. The complainant reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and stole their 2017 Ford Explorer. The victim also received text messages from their financial institutions that several purchases were attempted on their credit cards. The vehicle theft was caught on their home surveillance. Vehicle was recovered in Camden, N.J. on Aug. 25.
THEFT FROM VEHICLE — 1400 block of Heather Ridge Drive, reported at 11:45 a.m. The complainant reported that sometime overnight, unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and removed a wallet then subsequently used their debit card in Camden, N.J.
Aug. 22
THEFT FROM VEHICLE — 1100 block of University Drive, reported at 10 a.m. The complainant reported that sometime overnight, unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and removed a purse and paperwork.
CREDIT CARD FRAUD — Unit block of Brook Lane, reported at 10:50 a.m. The complainant reported unauthorized use of their credit card for $4,986.80.
