Police say some of the files found on the 32-year-old's phone depicted pre-pubescent children.

LOWER MAKEFIELD TOWNSHIP, PA — A Lower Makefield man was arrested this week after police say they found images and videos on his phone of young children engaged in sex acts.
Thomas Flynn, 32, of Bluebird Drive, is charged with three counts of sexual abuse of children for possessing child pornography, according to Lower Makefield Township Police.
The charges came after LMT Police and federal Homeland Security investigators served a search warrant at his home Tuesday morning.

According to a police affidavit, investigators served the search warrant and seized a smartphone belonging to Flynn. They used facial-recognition to unlock the phone and found a Dropbox account associated with what police say is Flynn's email address.
On that account, they say, they found two photographs and one video of children engaged in sexual activity. Two of those files depicted pre-pubescent children, according to the affidavit.
