Oct. 9

THEFT FROM VEHICLE — 300 block of West Ferry Rd. reported at 4:11 a.m. The complainant reported seeing an unknown man on their property entering their unlocked vehicle in the driveway. The complainant believes this is the same person who stole a firearm from their unlocked vehicle on Sept. 27. The complainant reported an iPhone and Beats headphones were missing.

SOLICITING WITHOUT PERMIT —100 block of Crestview Way, reported at 2:13 p.m. The complainant reported a solicitor for Homestar Remodeling soliciting without a permit. They were advised to cease soliciting until a permit was obtained.

Oct. 8

RECOVERED STOLEN VEHICLE — 22000 block of Cornerstone Drive, reported at 1:15 a.m. Police on patrol received an LPR hit for a vehicle stolen out of Lawrenceville, N.J. The vehicle was located by police at the location and towed.

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFTS:

  • 22000 block of Cornerstone Drive, reported at 1 a.m. While investigating the recovered stolen vehicle out of New Jersey, police noticed a van parked next to the vehicle was rummaged through. Contact was made with the vehicle owner, who stated they left their keys in the unlocked vehicle, and the van was moved from where they originally parked it. The victim reported the key fob and $50 in cash was missing.
  • 500 block of Aspen Woods Drive, reported at 7:19 a.m. The complainant reported that sometime overnight, an unknown person(s) stole their unlocked 2024 Subaru Accent using the keys left inside. The vehicle was recovered in Trenton, N.J.
  • 500 block of Aspen Woods Drive, reported at 7:43 a.m. Police received a phone call from Trenton Police, who located a stolen vehicle in their jurisdiction. Contact was made with the vehicle owner, who was unaware that their unlocked vehicle was stolen with the keys inside sometime overnight.

THEFT — 2000 block of East Wellington Road, reported at 10:45 a.m. The complainant reported that an unknown person(s) stole and used a gift card that was mailed to them.

DRUGS & DUI ARREST — Yardley Road and Pine Grove Road, reported at 1:51 p.m. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. A further investigation led to the arrest of the 20-year-old woman from Trenton, N.J., for Driving Under the Influence, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and related offenses. She was taken into police custody.

Oct. 7

THEFT — 1400 (1480) block of Oxford Valley Road at Yardley Rehab, reported at 10:40 a.m. The complainant reported the theft of $281 from their purse sometime overnight.

Oct. 6

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF — 400 (405) block of River Road at Morrisville Borough Water Works, reported at 2:15 p.m. The complainant reported a black pick-up truck was seen on surveillance striking the gate and leaving the scene, causing $3,000-$4,000 worth of damage. An investigation is ongoing.

FRAUD — 200 block of Sherwood Drive, reported at 8:21 p.m. The complainant reported receiving a phone call from someone claiming to be from the Bucks County Sheriff's Office, and they had a warrant for their arrest. The victim sent $1,693 via Apple Pay to an unknown person.

Oct. 3

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS & ENDANGERING THE WELFARE OF A CHILD — 700 block of Stony Hill Road at Giant, reported at 6:49 p.m. The complainant reported an intoxicated person with young children with her passed out at the location. The 55-year-old township woman was cited for Public Drunkenness and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
