Occasional Flowers Opens In Yardley
The floral and gift shop held its grand opening on South Main Street with borough and state officials last month.

YARDLEY, PA —New businesses are popping up in the borough with a floral and gift shop among the latest.
Occasional Flowers specializes in custom designs using silk and dried materials. Its shop, located at 43 South Main St., held its grand opening in June.
Its grand opening celebration was attended by the Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce, the Yardley Business Association, Sen. Steve Santarsiero, Experience Yardley, Rep. Perry Warren, Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick, and Yardley Councilmen David Appelbaum and Jared Stump.

"Thanks for having us, but more importantly, we thank you for joining the community," Appelbaum said.

Occasional Flowers offers custom and seasonal floral products, candles, home textiles, gifts, lotions and soaps, card and stationery, and home and garden items.

The store specializes in crafting one-of-a-kind, everlasting " forever flowers" and dried floral arrangements that add a touch of organic elegance to any environment.
"While new to Yardley, Occasional Flowers has been a part of my life for over 30 years! The original store was my mother's business in Bennington, VT," its owner said.
