Red House Restaurant In Yardley To Close

The contemporary American restaurant on Main Street had opened in 2019.

YARDLEY, PA — Red House, the contemporary American restaurant on Main Street in Yardley, will close at the end of next week.

On Tuesday, chef and co-owner Tim Wheeler shared the news in a social media post. He said the restaurant's last day will be Friday, March 12.

"This decision did not come easily," Wheeler said. "I would like to thank everyone who has continued to support us through this pandemic You have done more than your fair share and that goes for all the businesses in the borough that you have helped keep afloat. You all have become family."

In the post, Wheeler thanked current and former employees and invited customers to visit the restaurant between now and the 12th, saying it will be "business as usual" until then.

He also hinted at what may come after the restaurant's closure, saying "there are good things coming out of this, so stay tuned."
