Traffic Stop Leads To Cocaine, Meth Charges In Lower Makefield
Lower Makefield Police also charged a woman this past week with heroin possession.
LOWER MAKEFIELD TOWNSHIP, PA — A Levittown man has been charged with drug possession following a traffic stop on Tuesday afternoon, police said.
Lower Makefield Police stopped a vehicle at 1:11 p.m. Tuesday on Big Oak Road and Makefield Road for violations.
During the traffic stop, police arrested a 49-year-old male passenger from Levittown for the possession of cocaine, methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia.

He was taken into police custody.

Police responded to the 500 block of West Trenton Avenue at 5:41 p.m. Tuesday for the report on a dog in the area that appeared to have its leash stuck in a vehicle door.
Further investigation led to the arrest of the 38-year-old woman from Raleigh, N.C., for possession of heroin, drug paraphernalia, and providing false identification to law enforcement.
