MORRISVILLE, PA —Four months after opening, the Yardley Distillery's Tex-Mex Grill has announced new hours.

The main announcement at the eatery at 897 W. Trenton Ave. is that it will open at 11 a.m. Tuesday through Sunday so the business can attract early afternoon crowds.

"See you for lunch," the Yardley Distillery said.

The new hours debut on May 21.

The hours are 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday, 11 a.m. to Midnight Friday and Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sundays. It will be closed on Monday.

The Tex Mex Grill opened in January.

The eatery blends the vibrant flavors of Texas and Mexico with the craftsmanship of Yardley Distillery's renowned spirits.

At Yardley Distillery Tex-Mex Grill, guests can anticipate an extraordinary menu crafted by chef Hector Cuc, featuring an array of dishes that showcase the rich tapestry of flavors from both regions.

From sizzling fajitas to mouthwatering, bacon-wrapped shrimp and artisan blended charbroiled burgers, each dish on the menu pays homage to the authentic tastes of Texas and Mexico, creating a fusion that is both captivating and delicious, owners said.

The Yardley Restaurant Group is owned and operated by Nicole and Fred Rabena. The group includes La La Lobster in Yardley.
