3 Rhode Island Prisoners Used 'Bodily Fluids' In Assaults: Cops
The Rhode Island State Police did not specify which bodily fluids were employed in the assaults they said were perpetrated.
Three Rhode Island Department of Corrections prisoners used bodily fluids to perpetrate assaults, police said.
Jalon Rogers, 23, Jessica Breard, 35, and Brittany Card, 32, all were charged Thursday with assault with bodily fluids while incarcerated, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
The state police did not specify which bodily fluids were employed in the assaults they said were perpetrated.

Rogers, whose last known address was in Providence, has been locked up for cyberstalking, domestic assault and felony assault, among other offenses, department of corrections records show.
Breard, whose last known address also was in Providence, has a list of offenses including arson, larceny and vandalism, records show.

Card, whose last known address was in Warwick, has served time for larceny and assault, among other offenses, according to department of corrections records.
Rogers, Breard and Card were presented as superior court violators, granted $5,000 surety bail and returned to the department of corrections, the release said.
