Historic Home Minutes From Taylor Swift's RI Mansion For Sale: Realtor.com

A historic estate near Taylor Swift's mansion is up for sale, according to Realtor.com.

"A 105-year-old Rhode Island property that is located just around the corner from pop star Taylor Swift's beloved vacation getaway has hit the market for the first time in 90 years, with an asking price of $12.2 million," the real estate website's story said.

The asking price of $12.2 gets the buyer two houses, a detached garage with guest quarters, and the 2.6 acres of "lovely, tree-filled landscape" it sits on, according to Realtor.com.

"While the dwelling was initially listed at the end of July, it has gained fresh attention in recent days amid reports that Swift and her fiancé, NFL star Travis Kelce, are set to turn the area surrounding the singer's home into a hot spot of celebrity activity by hosting their wedding there in summer 2026," according to the site.

"Given its proximity to the singer's own Watch Hill mansion, the home would undoubtedly offer up a front-row seat to at least some of that action when the big day rolls around," Realtor.com said.
