State police Lt. Col. Robert Creamer failed to respond to a message asking about the incident Faiola had attempted to file a report about, what controlled substance he supposedly possessed and any other additional information regarding the arrest.

Faiola was taken to Our Lady of Fatima Hospital in North Providence for a mental health evaluation, then "turned over to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men's Intake Center," the release said.
