Task Force Takes Down 2 RI Men On Multiple Drug Charges: Cops

The Rhode Island State Police High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area task force took down two men on multiple drug charges, police said.
Rafael Rios, 35, of Lincoln and Carlos Rivera, 39, of Central Falls were arrested Wednesday and charged with possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, possession of fentanyl with intent to deliver, possession of amphetamines with Intent to deliver and controlled substance conspiracy, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
Rios and Rivera were "taken into custody without incident, processed, arraigned" taken to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men's Intake Center, the release said.
