Rhode Island Gaming Enforcement Unit Nabs Wanted MA Man: Cops
The Massachusetts man was wanted in connection with a Smithfield Police Department case, police said.
A wanted Massachusetts man was captured by the Rhode Island State Police Gaming Enforcement Unit, police said.
Daryl Dickerson, 37, was arrested Monday, the state police said in a media release.
Jackson, a resident of Norton, was wanted on a charge of "simple assault and battery originating out of the Smithfield Police Department, according to the release.

"Mr. Dickerson was transported to the Lincoln Barracks for processing and then to Third District Court," the release said.
