Rhode Island's Jonah Hinton Named Atlantic 10 Player Of The Week
Hinton scored a career-high 24 points to lead Rhode Island to a come-from-behind road win over Yale in the team's lone game of the week.

KINGSTON, RI — University of Rhode Island guard Jonah Hinton was named the Atlantic 10 Men's Basketball Player of the Week.
Hinton, who hails from Chicago, shared the honor with Dayton's De'Shayne Montgomery.
Hinton, a graduate of Naperville Central High School in Illinois, scored a career-high 24 points to lead Rhode Island to a come-from-behind road win over Yale in the team's lone game of the week. He made five 3-pointers and was 7-for-8 to lead the Rams back from a 10-point second-half deficit.

With URI trailing by one point with 11 minutes to go, Hinton made a 3-pointer and a second-chance jumper to key a 12-5 run that gave URI the lead for good. He also had three assists in the win.
