The chance of precipitation is 90% with a "slight chance of snow" before 4 a.m., according to the National Weather Service.

"Little or no snow accumulation expected," the National Weather Service reported.
The chance of snow Tuesday night follows a wet, foggy Tuesday.

The National Weather Service put the chance of rain Tuesday at 100% and said the "rain could be heavy at times."

The sun comes out again Wednesday and temperatures will rise to around 40 degrees, according to the National Weather Service, then dip to about 27 degrees during a cloudy Wednesday night.
