DUI After Crash Into Car And House, 3 Other DUIs: Warren Police Log
Three Warren residents faced domestic violence charges, according to the Warren Police Department's arrest log.

WARREN, RI — The following people were arrested by Warren police between Feb. 28 and March 11.
Feb. 28
10:08 a.m. — Brandon Almeida, 18, of Riverside, was charged with resisting legal or illegal arrest and disorderly conduct. Police said the arrest happened on Brady Street after a caller reported her parked car was struck by a vehicle.

March 4
8:49 p.m. — Shawn Brant, 46, of Bristol, was charged with DUI liquor (first offense) and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Police said the arrest happened after a motor vehicle stop on Metacom Avenue at Adams Lane.

March 5
12:04 a.m. — Robert Mark Negrotti, 25, of Warren, was charged with domestic violence-simple assault and/or battery (first offense), domestic violence-refusal to relinquish/damage/obstruct telephone (first offense) and domestic violence-disorderly conduct (first offense).
March 6
7:44 a.m. — Kathryn Ferrara, 37, of Warren, was charged with domestic violence-vandalism (first offense) and domestic violence-disorderly conduct (first offense).
March 10
2:21 p.m. — James Marchand, 62, of Warren, was charged with DUI liquor (first offense) and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Police said the arrest happened after a man reported his vehicle and house were struck by a car on Park Street.
10:29 p.m. — Tracey Lynn Avila, 53, of Warren, was charged with DUI liquor (first offense) and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Police said the arrest happened after a motor vehicle stop on Metacom Avenue.
March 11
2:58 p.m. — Benjamin Nuissl, 22, of Warren, was charged with domestic violence-vandalism (first offense) and domestic violence-disorderly conduct (first offense).
3:26 p.m. — A 17-year-old juvenile was charged with simple assault and/or battery, vandalism and disorderly conduct. Police said the arrest happened after a Naffi employer said the teen left the group home disgruntled after an argument with staff.
5:53 p.m. — Courtney Lambert, 29, of Warren, was charged with a warrant out of the Pawtucket Police Department.
7:51 p.m. — Kimberly Kempke, 58, of Seekonk, Massachusetts, was charged with DUI liquor (first offense) and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Police said the arrest came after a caller reported a driver crossing over the center lines on Child Street.
