Disorder In The Court — Courthouse Incident Leads To Disorderly Conduct Arrest: Cops
The woman was arrested at Providence Superior Court, police said.
PROVIDENCE, RI — An incident at Providence Superior Court led to a woman's arrest on a disorderly conduct charge, police said.
Yasmeen Hernandez Fontes, 26, was arrested shortly before 3 p.m. Monday on charges of disorderly conduct and simple assault, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
"This arrest was the result of an incident involving the Rhode Island Sheriffs at Providence Superior Court where Fontes was apprehended," the release said.

Fontes, a Providence resident, was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and released with a court date, according to the release.
