Herbert C. Mondina, 67, of Warren and Somerset, died at Miriam Hospital, Providence, on Sunday, Aug. 21, 2013. Beloved husband of Rachel E. DeSilva-Medeiros Mondina.
Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Herbert J. and Josephine (Panzarella) Mondina.
Herbert was a salesmen. He was a lifelong resident of Warren. He loved riding his Harley Davidson and his Classic Car.
Father of William J. Mondina of Florida, and daughter Rachel A Mondina of Bristol. Grandchildren Lila Marie and Emma Elizabeth of Florida. Step-children Richard, Jeremy and Melanie DeSilva and 7 step grandchildren.
Arrangements are with Smith Funeral & Memorial Services, 8 Schoolhouse Road, Warren, where family will receive friends Thursday, Aug. 29 from 4 to 8 p.m. Funeral Friday, Aug. 30, from 9 to 10 a.m. with the Funeral Service starting at 10 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment to be announced.
