Prescription Drug Take Back Day At Bristol Police Department
The event is Oct. 25 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
BRISTOL, RI ā Oct. 25 is National Prescription Drug Take Back Day and the Bristol Police Department is hosting a drug take-back event.
Unused medications will be accepted at police headquarters, 395 Metacom Ave., from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
"The National Prescription Drug Take Back Day aims to provide a safe, convenient, and responsible means of disposing of prescription drugs, while also educating the general public about the potential for abuse of medications," according to the Drug Enforcement Administration.
