Police said Joshua Strother exposed himself to a girl at a school bus stop.
WARREN, RI — A Warren man was arrested on charges he exposed himself to a girl at a school bus stop, police said Thursday. Joshua Strother, 24, is also facing charges he exposed himself to a group of Newport girls walking to school in February.
