Warren Police: DUIs, Domestics and Drug Possession

All arrest information was supplied solely by the Warren Police Department. Arrests do not necessarily indicate a conviction.

The Warren Police made the following arrests and citations last week:

  • Lori L. Simmons, 28, of 28 Thompson Ave., Bristol, for driving after suspension of her license on Monday, June 17 at 8:36 p.m. after police stopped her for a motor vehicle infraction at the intersection of Arlington Avenue and Child Street.
  • Ashley E. Kelley, 26, of 28 Third St. Apt. 308, Warren, for driving with a suspended license on Tuesday, June 18 at 9:39 a.m. after police stopped Kelley near Child Street.
  • Llerania Infante, 22, 512 Public St., Providence, for driving with a suspended license on Tuesday, June 17 at 3:04 p.m. after police stopped her car on Market Street for a motor vehicle infraction.
  • Eric G. Serabian, 25, of 24 Buffalo Ave., Warren, on an out-of-state warrant. Serabian was arrested on Tuesday, June 17 at 8:21 p.m. on a fugitive arrest warrant.
  • A 15-year-old Warren youth was arrested on Wednesday, June 19 at 10:07 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and threatening to place a bomb in the school. The matter was referred to Family Court.
  • Angelica Tetreault, 22, of 283 Sutton Ave. Apt. 1, East Providence, for driving with a suspended license on Wednesday, June 19 at 3:59 p.m. after police stopped her at the intersection of Kickemuit Road and Market Street.
  • Lauren E. Gaglio, 25, of 50 River St., Bristol, for driving with a suspended license on Thursday, June 20 at 10:07 a.m. after police stopped her car on Pennsylvania Avenue for a motor vehicle infraction.
  • Christopher A. Durand, 38, of 36 Ridgeway Drive, Warren, for driving under the influence - third offense, driving with a suspended license, obstructing an officer in execution of duty, and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Durand was arrested on Friday, June 21 at 1:44 a.m. after police stopped him for a motor vehicle infraction at the intersection of Birchswamp Road and Market Street.
  • Angelite A. Soares, 32, of 57 Cowden St. Apt. 1, Central Falls, for driving with a suspended license and on an active bench warrant issued from Sixth Division District Court. Police stopped Soares at the intersection of Birchswamp and Schoolhouse roads on Friday, June 21 at 7:54 a.m.
  • Edward J. Dubois, 27, 21 Riverview Ave., Bristol, for possession of marijuana - first offense on Friday, June 21 at 8:16 a.m.
  • Marc S. Joly, 27, of 25 Homestead Ave., Warren, for domestic simple assault, domestic disorderly conduct, and domestic refusal t o relinquish a telephone on Friday, June 21 at 2:51 p.m. Joly was arrested after police received reports of a domestic disturbance on Homestead Avenue. He was arraigned and released later that day.
  • Douglas Marcel, 27, of 299 Barnaby St., Fall River, for driving under the influence - first offense on Friday, June 21 at 8:33 p.m. after he was involved in a single-car accident on Metacom Avenue. He was arraigned by a justice of the peace and released from police headquarters later that day.
  • Rebecca Benoit, 33, of 11 Barney St., Warren, for simple assault, on Friday, June 21 at 10:29 p.m.
  • Johan Olea, 23, of 16 Benefit St., Pawtucket, for driving with a suspended license and on a bench warrant issued from Sixth Division District Court on Saturday, June 22 at 4:57 p.m. after he was stopped for a motor vehicle infraction o nMarket Street.
  • Earl S. Baker, 19, of 10 Baker St. Apt. 3, Warren, for domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct on Sunday, June 23 at 12:59 a.m. after a caller reported a domestic dispute at the apartment complex where Baker lives.
  • Maryory Alvarado, 47, of 24 Martin St., Warren, on a bench warrant issued from Sixth Division District Court on Sunday, June 23 at 11:40 a.m. She was held at the Adult Correctional Institution in Cranston.
