Warren Woman Faces Second-Offense DUI Charge

The Warren Police Department made the following arrests and citations last week:

• Victoria A. Kenna, 48, of 5 Milwaukee Ave., Warren, was arrested on Friday, Aug. 9 at 8:24 p.m. and charged with driving under the influence, second offense, blood-alcohol content .1 - .15, after police stopped her car at the intersection of Child and Elm streets. Kenna pleaded no contest to a first-offense drunken-driving charge in 2009, according to Rhode Island Judiciary records.
• Brian Silva, 24, of 201 Main St., Warren, was arrested on Sunday, Aug. 4 at 2:23 p.m. and charged on a Sixth Division District Court bench warrant. He was arraigned and released later that afternoon.
• Joseph Paul Santos, 44, of 348 Child St. Apt. 1, Warren, was arrested on Monday, Aug. 5 at 8:07 p.m. and charged on a Sixth Division District Court bench warrant issued by the Cranston Police Department. Santos was processed and transported to Cranston Police headquarters.
• Jamie E. Viera, 26, of 616 Third St. Apt. 1W, Fall River, MA, was arrested on Monday, Aug. 5 at 9:31 p.m. and charged on a district court and a Superior Court warrant. He was transported to the Adult Correctional Institution in Cranston to await arraignment.
• Brandon T. Dwyer, 19, of 4 Munro Ave., Warren, was arrested on Tuesday, Aug. 6 at 7:59 p.m. and charged on a warrant issued by the Cranston Police Department.
• Joshua M. Titsworth, 26, of 98 Arlington Ave., Warren, was arrested on Wednesday, Aug. 7 at 8:07 a.m. and charged with domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct after he allegedly assaulted his girlfriend. He was transported to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment that morning.
• Michael A. Palmieri, 28, of 179 Second Ave. Apt. B, Woonsocket, was arrested on Thursday, Aug. 8 at 12:24 p.m. and charged on three separate warrants. Palmieri was wanted on a Sixth Division District Court bench warrant, a warrant affidavit for his arrest and a Superior Court warrant.
• Michael J. Sadler, 31, of 13 Brookwood Road, Bristol, was arrested on Monday, Aug. 12 at 5:27 p.m. and charged with domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.
• Karen A. Marshall, 36, of 195 Market St. Apt. 1F, Warren, was arrested on Monday, Aug. 12 at 11:33 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
