About 36,000 people are expected to run the Boston Marathon on Monday.
Two residents registered to run the race:
- Richard Silva, 45 years old
- Edward Tudino, 40Â
The marathon is expected to be an emotion-filled event following last year's bombings. Officials have instituted a host of security measures. And unlike in previous years, unregistered "bandit" runners will be prohibited.
