UPDATE: Coventry Election Results 2012
Updates on the 2012 Coventry town elections will be posted here throughout the day.

9:10 p.m.: Official Coventry results are in from the Board of Canvassers (see chart below). All of the School Improvement Bonds have passed. A detailed percentage and precinct report will be available tomorrow.Â
8:44 p.m.:Â Still waiting on packets from four precincts. Board of Canvassers workers are busy feeding the results into the computer. We'll have results immediately as soon as we get the final word.

8:21 p.m.: The first packet has just arrived at the Board of Canvassers. Stay tuned!
8:00 p.m.: Polls are now closed. Keep refreshing this page for up-to-the-minute Coventry results as they are confirmed by the Board of Canvassers.

2:30 p.m.:Â Voter turnout has been strong in Coventry today since polls opened at 7 a.m. and continued at a steady pace throughout the morning and early afternoon.

10:30 a.m.: Coventry Board of Canvassers Clerk Lori Anderson reports heavy voter counts so far at polling locations and no major problems with the voting process.
Board members have been making stops at each of the 18 Coventry polling locations to check in with poll workers, drop off supplies and ensure that everything is going smoothly.
"We've had no major issues that couldn't be resolved quickly so far," said Anderson. "It's going smoothly right now and hopefully stays that way."

Nov. 6 - 6:00 a.m.: Coventry voters will be heading to the polls this morning beginning at 7 a.m. to cast their ballots for federal, state and town elections, including President/Vice-President, Senate, Congress, House, Town Council, School Committee and ballot questions.
