Nov. 5

Kyle W. Waldeck, 26 or 27, of Coventry, was charged with Driving under the Influence, first offense; and cited for Refusal to submit to a chemical test; and Right half of road, leaving travel lane.

Thomas J. Simmons, 29 or 30, of Coventry, was charged with Domestic Simple Assault or Battery, third offense; and Domestic Disorderly Conduct for an incident originally reported Oct. 31.

Kristine F. Gough, 28 or 29, of West Warwick, was cited for Driving after Denial, Revocation, or Suspension, first offense; Operating a motor vehicle when registration is suspended; and Owner/operating without evidence of insurance, first offense.

Nov. 7

Joseph M. Velleco, 23 or 24, of Coventry, was charged with drug possession (Schedules I,II,III, IV and V); and cited for marijuana possession (1 oz. or less); Driving after Denial, Revocation, or Suspension, first offense; Operating an unregistered vehicle; License to be Carried and Exhibited on Demand; Owner/operating without evidence of insurance, first offense; Operating when registration is cancelled; Operating without evidence of registration; and Improper use of evidence of registration or certificate.

Robert F. Robichaud, 53 or 54, of West Warwick, was charged with Driving after Denial, Revocation, or Suspension, third offense; and Operating a motor vehicle when registration is suspended.

Kevin M. Killay, 42 or 43, of West Warwick, was charged with Disorderly Conduct.

Gary S. Fontaine, 59 or 60, of Coventry, was taken into custody on a bench warrant.

Meagan C. Cabral, 31 or 32, of Coventry, was charged with Driving after Denial, Revocation, or Suspension, third offense; and Owner/operating without evidence of insurance, first offense.
