Why Go: The Greene Public Library hosts a Friday morning program each week beginning for 1 to 3-year-olds accompanied by a parent or caregiver. The activity features songs, movement and a story. Please call the library at 397-3873 to register.

2.) CCFD Santa Chili Cook-off Fundraiser
Where/When: Coventry Men's Club (30 Phillips Hill Rd.); Saturday, 1-5 p.m.
Why Go: Help fund Central Coventry Fire District's Annual tradition of Santa visiting neighborhoods in a fire truck! A chili cook-off will be held Saturday. Click here to learn more about entering the contest or attending.

3.) Elks Christmas Party & Open House
Where/When: Coventry-West Greenwich Elks Lodge (42 Nooseneck Hill Rd., West Greenwich); Saturday, 6 p.m. - midnight
Why Go: The Elks Lodge will hold its Annual Christmas Party and Open House on Saturday night! The event is open to everyone to stop by, enjoy the lodge and mingle!

Why Go: Faith Fellowship Church invites all to its Live Nativity on Saturday night. Light refreshments will be served. Call 439-8619 with any questions.

5.) Conway Christmas Lights & Food Drive
Where/When: 265 Maple Valley Rd.; Saturday, 4:30 - 10 p.m.
Why Go: The folks behind the Conway Christmas Lights Extravaganza have added an additional date to collect donations of non-perishable items for the Coventry Community Food Bank at their light display. Click here for more information.
