RI State Police ID Woman Killed On I-95 Friday
Ebony M. Evans, 37, died after she was struck by oncoming traffic on the highway in Pawtucket, state police said.
PAWTUCKET, RI—State police say the highway accident that killed a 37-year-old woman is still under investigation. Ebony M. Evans, 37, was walking or running on the highway in the southbound travel lanes near Exit 27. She was hit by oncoming traffic. The accident happened around 11 p.m. Thursday.
Evans had no permanent address, state police said. She had been living in West Warwick.
