4 Arrests At Stop & Shop; Cyberstalking: Cranston Police Arrest Log

CRANSTON, RI — The following people were arrested by Cranston police between Nov. 8 and Nov. 11.

Names of those arrested, their age, or the town they reside in, as well as the time of the arrest, were only omitted when not provided by police.

Nov. 8

8:53 p.m. — Melissa Porter, 49, of Cranston, was charged with shoplifting over $100 (second offense), conspiracy, and possession of schedule I-to-V drugs (under 10 grams). Police said the arrest stemmed from a call for service to the Stop & Shop on Garfield Avenue.

8:53 p.m. — Neil Fearon, 47, of Providence, was charged with shoplifting and conspiracy. Police said the arrest stemmed from a call for service to the Stop & Shop on Garfield Avenue.

8:59 p.m. — Marco DeJesus, 44, of Providence, was charged with domestic cyberstalking and cyberharrassment.

Nov. 9

10:13 a.m. — Joshua Borges, 31, was charged with felony shoplifting. He was also arrested on a warrant out of the Warwick Police Department. Police said the arrest stemmed from a call for service to the Stop & Shop on Garfield Avenue.

11:35 p.m. — Dasho Contreras, 33, of Cranston, was charged with failure to notify law enforcement of an arrest change. Police said the arrest stemmed from a warrant pickup by Pawtucket police.

Nov. 10

12:50 p.m. — Jonathan Smith, 27, of Providence, was charged with felony shoplifting. Police said the arrest stemmed from a shoplifting in progress call at the Stop & Shop on Garfield Avenue.

Nov. 11

1:18 p.m. — Gary Barrios, 22, of Cranston, was charged with domestic disorderly conduct.

1:18 p.m. — Ericka Barrios, 21, of Cranston, was charged with domestic disorderly conduct and domestic simple assault.

4:28 p.m. — Krystal Cherwinski, 40,was charged with two counts of disorderly conduct. Police said Cherwinski was picked up on a warrant by the North Kingstown Police Department.

8:56 p.m. — Dwann Cardona, 39, of Cranston, was charged with domestic disorderly conduct.
