East Greenwich July 4 2018: Where To Find Fireworks Nearby

Here's what you need to know about fireworks, parades and celebrations near East Greenwich.

EAST GREENWICH, RI – We couldn't find any East Greenwich events for Independence Day. But concerts and fireworks are nearby in Smithfield, East Providence, Providence, Warwick and in Bristol.

Smithfield
Smithfield's Independence Day celebration is July 2 at Bulldog Stadium, Bryant University, 1150 Douglas Pike. The campus opens at 6 p.m. Bring blankets and lawn chairs. The Navy Band goes on at 8 p.m. followed by the fireworks at 9. The rain date is Sunday July 8.

East Providence
East Providence will celebrate Independence Day on July 3. A free concert and fireworks is at Pierce Stadium, 201 Mercer St. (Rain date is July 5 at 9 p.m.). The gates open at 6 p.m. Kicking Hole & Crushed Velvet perform in concert first, and then it's time for the fireworks. They should start around 9 p.m.

Warwick

Warwick's fireworks show is July 3 at the Oakland Beach Seawall, 889 Oakland Beach Ave. The display starts around 9 p.m. Rain date is July 5.

Bristol
Bristol will hold a fireworks show on July 3. The best place to watch is from the harbor, 259 Thames St. The time is 9:30 p.m. Rain date is July 5 at 9:30 p.m.

Fourth of July Fireworks Boat Rides
What: Firework Boat Rides (21+ only)
Where: 525 South Water St.
When: July 4, 2018 / 8:00 p.m.- 10:00 p.m.

Independence Day Celebration
What: July 4 Celebration
Where: India Point Park
When: July 4, 2018 / 7:00 p.m.
