New Hours For RI's State-Run COVID-19 Test Sites

Effective immediately, test sites will be open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on weekends.

PROVIDENCE, RI — Rhode Island's state-run COVID-19 test sites have new operating hours, starting Thursday.

All state-run sites will now operate from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on weekends. The new schedule will not affect the 24-hour test site at the Community College of Rhode Island in Warwick or community -based test sites not operated by the Department of Health.

A full list of state-run test sites is available on the Department of Health's website. Appointments are required for many sites and recommended at all others and can be schedule at portal.ri.gov.
