Town Wide Statistical Revaluation to Begin June 1st, 2020

Northeast Revaluation Group LLC has been retained to perform the State mandated statistical revaluation. They will be visiting any property that has sold in the past two (2) years. Their protocol is to knock and leave a door hanger to avoid any physical contact and proceed to measure the exterior of the dwelling and any outbuildings. The East Greenwich Police Department has a list of the employees that will be in Town along with their vehicle descriptions. The employees will be wearing shirts/jackets with the company logo as well as photo IDs.
